The Story of Affinia
Affinia is an independent jewelry atelier created by Motti Borgenicht in Jerusalem. Each piece is shaped by hand with an emphasis on texture, light, craftsmanship and personal meaning.
We work with precious materials and gemstones, creating original jewelry alongside one-of-a-kind commissions designed around the person who will wear them.
The goal is not simply to make an object, but to create something personal enough to become part of someone’s story.
The atelier is rooted in Jerusalem. Clients come from across the city — Rehavia, Talbiya, the German Colony, Baka, Ein Karem and the city center — and from far beyond it, each looking for handcrafted jewelry made in Jerusalem with personal meaning.

Made by Hand
Every Affinia piece passes through the maker’s hands. From shaping and hammering the metal to soldering, polishing and setting stones, traditional jewelry-making techniques give each piece its individual character.
Hammered surfaces are an Affinia signature: the marks of the hammer create texture, catch the light and make each piece slightly different. Small variations are not imperfections — they are traces of the making.
